Email on Android Devices

Step 1

Click the Settings icon on your device

Step 2

Next go to Accounts and backup

Step 3

Click Accounts

Step 4

Then select Add Accounts

Step 5

And choose Email

Step 6

Select Other

Step 7

Add your email & password

If you dont remember your email password please follow this guide
Step 8

Select IMAP account

Step 9

Incoming server add/change IMAP server to mail.datalords.net

Outgoing server add/change IMAP server to mail.datalords.net

(incoming and outgoing server has got this same address)
Step 10

Make sure that authentication to send email is on

Click Sign in

(For this tutorial We have use Samsung device and in server settings we only had to change "Incoming server name - IMAP and outgoing server name SMTP to mail.datalords.net ")
Step 11

Window showing that email has been added

 
That's all! You can now use your e-mail on your Android device
